About Our Firm

Andrews & Shevlin, PLLC is a Kentucky law firm that represents Lenders of all types throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with all attorneys members of the Kentucky Bar Association and American Bar Association. In addition, the Firm has experience in many types of Business and Civil Litigation.

Partners, associate attorneys, and staff of Andrews & Shevlin, PLLC have over fifty (50) years of combined legal experience gained as partners, associates, or staff of the firm.

Our efficient and lean litigation teams allow us to avoid the costs often incurred by large litigation firms, while still providing a comprehensive range of services for Banks and Lending Institutions of all sizes.

We assign a partner to supervise legal matters handled for our clients, not simply as liaison, but to take an active role and allowing the members of the firm to draw upon that person's experience. This personal supervision results in more sensitive and immediate attention to our clients' needs.

We are continually reviewing our quality control system to insure independence, proper personnel assignments, adequate supervision, appropriate hiring practices, adequate professional development, satisfactory advancement, and crucially, to ensure we vigilantly and continually keep our clients aware of developments in all their legal matters.

The firm's desire to make sure its clients are satisfied with our services is reflected in the firm's Client Satisfaction Survey; sent to our clients when a case is closed or on a yearly basis so that we can receive input from our clients and maintain the high quality of legal services for which the firm is known.

We hope that our website helps you learn about us, and please feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more, or so we can discuss how we can assist you in Kentucky.
